This two-piece front brake disc conversion applies the same disc ring quality and engineering approach used across our performance brake components, developed for sustained road and track use. The directionally vented disc rings are manufactured to the same standard as those proven on Vantage GT4 race cars in endurance competition, including Nürburgring 24 Hours and VLN events.
The conversion increases front disc diameter from the original 355 mm to 380 mm, providing a meaningful increase in thermal capacity and braking leverage while improving temperature stability under repeated heavy use. Despite the larger diameter, each complete assembly weighs approximately 10.5 kg per side, compared to around 12.2 kg per side for the original one-piece 355 mm discs. This results in a significant reduction in unsprung mass, improving suspension response and steering feel.
The two-piece floating design reduces heat transfer into the hub and wheel bearing and allows the disc ring to expand correctly under load, helping to maintain consistent pedal feel and reduce the risk of distortion during prolonged track sessions. As with all components in this range, the conversion is not comparable to many aftermarket alternatives intended for light use, but is engineered to withstand sustained high temperatures and racing conditions.
The kit is supplied complete with disc rings, aluminium bells, adaptor brackets and all required mounting hardware, allowing a direct installation with no vehicle modification required.
