Vantage V8/V12 Headlight Vent Kit

Headlight condensation is a common issue on V8 and V12 Vantage models, caused by trapped warm, moist air inside the headlamp housing. This headlight venting kit uses extended air extraction to actively remove hot, moisture-laden air, equalise temperature differences, and dry the internal compartments and components.

By reducing internal humidity and heat build-up, the system helps slow deterioration of electronic components, extend LED lifespan, maintain clear visibility, and reduce the risk of MOT failures due to condensation.

The system is controlled by a temperature sensor, allowing the fans to operate automatically when required. Even with the vehicle switched off, the fans will continue to run until the target temperature is reached, then shut down automatically. Power consumption is minimal at just 0.09A, with no risk of battery drain.

All components are selected for longevity and reliability. Around 95% of fixings are stainless steel, wiring connections are water-resistant, and venting caps are fully refurbished to remove contaminants.
